- Achieve a balance between school work and hobbies and things you enjoy doing, sports, music, art etc.
- Don’t take mobile devices to your bedroom when you are going to sleep.
- Sleep well, try and maintain regular sleeping habits.

Your School Nurse follows a professional code of practice which makes sure you have the same right to privacy and confidentiality as an adult. This means they must not pass on any information about your visit unless you are at risk of harm; even then your School Nurse must discuss it with you first.
